After graduating from high school I continued on and completed an entomology and pest control course and then spent 6 years working out soultions to other peoples problems. While I may not have much in the way of higher edductaion in relation to robotics systems and electronic.
What i do have is a fine tuned understanding of the real world, and how to work around real problems.
Experiance in Biology, Computing, Media and Design as well as Tech drawing, photography and Metal work give me an ideal start to designing and consructing the componets need for the project.
Having experience across several industrys including pest control and painting, as well as real world skills in time and resource management and heaps of experiance repairing equipment from non intended parts.Hey its amazing what you can do at three in the morning with a piece of wire and some nuts and bolts when the car breaks down.
So where do i begin ?
Well it all started breeding frogs..Hey I lived in PNG for a few years so no TV or computers ...and i wanted more friends :)
Then one day my dad got us an ATARI game console, and from there a journey that took in the C64 and eariler computers , finally led to a interest in robots.
The pest control tied in nicely, giving me a greater understanding of how insects think.
Hey to take them out, you got to think like them.
And Several years making armour by hand in a medieval society i was involved with help understand the limitations of part design and fabrications.
A real interest in html and multimedia as well as more general mechanical and electronic skills round out the package.
