Guidelines
1. Non Confidentiality
The information you submit must be Non Confidential. You are advised to take independent legal counsel and protect your intellectual property before submitting your proposal or sharing it with any third party.
You should only share information that you have already made public before or that you have protected through a patent, trademark, copyright, design registration etc. If you are planning to patent your innovation please note that sharing your unpatented innovation may take away your ability to patent it later. For more information please visit the Office of the Controller General of Patents, Designs, Trademarks for India, United States Patent and Trademark Office, The UK Patent Office, the European Patent Office or the relevant intellectual property authority for your region.
Ideawicket will not share your submission with any party other than the Client who has listed the requirement. The Ideawicket Client will contact and negotiate directly with innovators whose value proposition best matches the Client's requirements.
2. Ideawicket Service
There is no charge to innovators for signing up on Ideawicket or submitting proposals for technology requirements. If you strike a deal with the Ideawicket client, you will not be required to pay any fees or share your reward with Ideawicket. We do request that you inform us if you make a transaction with the Ideawicket Client.
3. Proposal Format
Your proposal should contain:-
1. A brief non-confidential description of your solution, its unique advantages and how it meets the criteria outlined in the client requirement
2. Stage of Maturity of your solution
3. Intellectual property status of your solution
4. Your company background, experience and capabilities
5. Your contact information
6. Your website
